We want to ensure a smooth, transparent and pleasant shopping experience. Below you will find our terms for shipping costs, delivery times, shipping methods and international deliveries.

1. Shipping costs

  • Switzerland & EU: Free shipping
  • International: shipping costs are shown at checkout

Customs & import costs:
For international orders (outside Switzerland & the EU), we cover all import and customs costs (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP). You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.

2. Estimated delivery times

Region Delivery time (standard)
Switzerland & Liechtenstein approx. 1–2 business days
EU approx. 3–7 business days
International approx. 5–12 business days (depending on country & customs clearance)

3. Shipping methods

  • Switzerland: Swiss Post Priority/Economy
  • EU & international: premium carriers such as DHL, UPS or FedEx
  • All shipments are securely packed; some require a signature on delivery.

4. Order processing

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)
  • Cut-off: orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day whenever possible.

5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

6. Loss or transport damage

Please report transport damage within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with a photo.
