We want to ensure a smooth, transparent and pleasant shopping experience. Below you will find our terms regarding shipping costs, delivery times, shipping methods and international deliveries.
1. Shipping costs
- Switzerland & EU: Free shipping
- International: Shipping costs are shown at checkout
Customs & import costs:
For international orders (outside Switzerland & the EU), we cover all import and customs costs (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP). You will not incur any additional charges on delivery.
2. Estimated delivery times

3. Shipping methods
- Switzerland: Swiss Post Priority/Economy
- EU & international: premium carriers such as DHL, UPS or FedEx
- All shipments are securely packaged; some require a signature on delivery.
4. Order processing
- Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)
- Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day whenever possible.
5. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
6. Loss or transport damage
Please report transport damage within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with a photo.
