2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you visit our website, the server automatically records technical data (“server logs”):

5. Newsletter

We use Klaviyo (Klaviyo Inc., USA) to send our newsletter.
Data collected: email address, name if provided.
The data is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter (withdrawal of consent).

6. Payment processing

To process orders, personal data is transmitted to the following payment providers:

  • TWINT (TWINT AG, Switzerland)
  • PayPal (PayPal Europe S.à r.l. et Cie, Luxembourg)
  • Klarna (Klarna AB, Sweden)

Data is shared solely for the purpose of payment processing.

7. Shipping and logistics

For shipping, we pass the necessary data (name, address, telephone number if applicable) to our logistics partners:

  • Swiss Post
  • FedEx
8. Customer account

If you create a customer account, we store the data you enter so that future orders can be processed faster.
The account can be deleted at any time.

9. External services
  • Google Fonts: for consistent display of fonts.
  • Social media: we link to Instagram and TikTok. When you visit our social media profiles, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.
10. Storage period
  • Invoices and business records: 10 years (statutory retention obligation, Swiss Code of Obligations)
  • Newsletter data: until withdrawal
  • Other data: as long as necessary for the respective purpose
