Are Pierre Moreau watches Swiss Made?

Yes. All Pierre Moreau watches carry the “Swiss Made” label and are fitted with Swiss movements: the Ronda 515 quartz movement (Lémaris and Rivaux Quartz) or the Sellita SW200 automatic movement (Rivaux Automatic).

What guarantee do I get?

You receive a 2-year international guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Excluded are the battery, the crystal and normal wear of the case, strap and clasp.

How long does delivery take?

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: approx. 1–2 business days. EU: approx. 3–7 business days. Other countries: approx. 5–12 business days, depending on the country and customs clearance. Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day whenever possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to Switzerland and the EU is free. For other countries, shipping costs are shown at checkout; we cover customs and import costs (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no extra fees on delivery.

Can I return my watch?

Yes, within 30 days of receipt. The watch must be unworn and complete in its original packaging. Returns within this period are free of charge. You can find all details in our return and refund policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Usually within 7–10 business days after we have received and checked your return, to the original payment method.

How water-resistant are the watches?

Lémaris and Rivaux are water-resistant to 10 ATM (100 m) and therefore suitable for everyday wear, sport and swimming.

Which battery does the Lémaris use?

The Lémaris uses the Swiss Ronda 515 quartz movement with a type 371 battery (SR920SW). The EOL function indicates in good time when the battery should be replaced.

How big are the watches?

Lémaris: 41 mm diameter, 10.1 mm height, 21.4 mm lug width. Rivaux: 39 mm diameter. Both models have a 316L stainless steel case and sapphire crystal.

How do I adjust the bracelet?

The metal bracelet can be shortened with our adjustment tool. A video guide is available in our help centre.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay with TWINT, PayPal and Klarna, among others. All available methods are shown at checkout.
