Privacy requests
You have the right at any time to request information about the personal data we store about you and to have it corrected, handed over or deleted. You can also object to the processing of your data, in particular for advertising purposes. These rights apply under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How to make a request
Send us an email at info@pierremoreau.com, ideally from the email address you used for your order or customer account. This allows us to verify your identity. We respond to requests within 30 days.
For example, you can request:
- Information about all data we hold about you
- Correction of your account or order data
- A copy of your data in a common format
- Deletion of your customer account and data, unless we are legally required to keep it
- Restriction of processing or an objection to marketing
You can also change your account details yourself in your customer account. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in every email.
