We strive to provide a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable shopping experience. Below you will find our terms regarding shipping costs, delivery times, shipping methods, and international deliveries.
1. Shipping Costs
- Switzerland & EU: Free Shipping
- International: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout
Customs & Import Fees:
For international orders (outside Switzerland & EU), we cover all import and customs duties (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP). No additional fees will apply upon delivery.
2. Estimated Delivery Times

3. Shipping Methods
- Switzerland: Swiss Post Priority/Economy
- EU & International: Premium carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx
- All shipments are securely packaged; signature on delivery may be required.
4. Order Processing
- Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
- Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day whenever possible.
5. Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
6. Loss or Shipping Damage
Please report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with a photo.
