At Pierre Moreau, we value quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions.
1. Return Period
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt.
2. Requirements for Returns
- The watch must be unworn, not adjusted, and free of signs of use.
- The watch must be in its original packaging (watch box, outer box, hangtags, protective films).
- The return must include all supplied accessories.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
Note: Watches with visible wear/scratches, damaged straps, or missing components cannot be accepted.
3. Reasons for Returns
- Cancellation within 30 days (unworn/unopened).
- Incorrect or wrong item delivered.
- Damaged or defective product upon receipt.
Important: Please report shipping damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery to speed up processing.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Switzerland: Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is demonstrably defective or incorrectly delivered.
- International: Return shipping is paid by the customer.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Method: Refund to the original payment method.
- Processing time: Usually 7–10 business days after receipt of the return.
- Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds may be denied if requirements are not met.
6. Exchange
An exchange is possible within 30 days, provided the watch is unworn and complete. Please contact us in advance to check availability.

- You will receive return instructions with the address.
- Return the watch securely packaged (recommended: insured with tracking).

8. Exceptions
- Watches with visible wear or damage.
- Limited editions explicitly marked as Final Sale.
- Personalized or custom-adjusted straps.
9. Applicable Law
All orders, returns, and disputes are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is according to legal provisions.
